Membership Important Information

You may cancel your membership with a doctor’s note indicating that you are not able to use a substantial portion of our facilities for more than 30 days due to a medical condition. 

Should you meet these criteria, you may cancel your membership by providing documentation to Masstown Movement Fitness Inc. and completing a cancellation form with our staff. If it is inconvenient for you to stop at our location, you may mail a certified letter, including documentation to Masstown Movement Fitness Inc. 1101 Masstown Rd., Debert NS B0M1G0.

You are responsible for the dues from the date that you cancel and for the following 30 days due to ALL cancellations requiring a 30-day notice. 

If an arrears situation exists, the amount owing must be paid in full before cancellation can occur.
